If the payment has been completed but your order status has not been updated, please contact our support team with your Order ID or Transaction ID.

Failed or Pending Payments
A payment may sometimes show as failed, pending or unsuccessful even when the amount has been debited from your bank account due to network delays between the banking servers and the payment gateway.
What should you do?

- If your payment remains unresolved, contact our support team with your Order ID, Transaction ID, or Payment Reference Number.
Our team will review the transaction logs with the payment gateway and ensure your order or refund is properly credited.
Payment Charges & Transparency
The amount payable for a product, deal, voucher or service will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable additional charges, convenience fees, taxes or other fees will be transparently itemized at checkout before you authorize payment.
