No Cancellation After Purchase
Once a deal, coupon, voucher, gift card or other digital offer has been successfully purchased, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
Customers are requested to carefully check the offer details, validity, applicable vendor, value and terms before completing the purchase.
No Returns
Purchased vouchers, coupons, gift cards and digital offers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable offer terms.
Visit Store Offers
Most local KrackDeal offers are intended for Visit Store redemption. Once the offer has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or returned simply because the customer decides not to visit the store or does not wish to use the offer.
Customers should check the offer's validity, location, redemption instructions and applicable terms before purchasing.
Online Redemption Offers
For offers that support online redemption, the applicable redemption instructions and terms will be provided with the offer.
Once purchased, the offer cannot be cancelled or returned unless specifically stated in the applicable offer terms.
National Brand Vouchers & Gift Cards
National Brand Vouchers, Gift Cards and similar digital products purchased through KrackDeal are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable once successfully issued, subject to the applicable product and brand terms.

Vendor-Related Issues & Eligible Refunds
If a purchased offer cannot be redeemed due to a genuine issue attributable to the vendor or KrackDeal (such as sudden merchant closure or verified refusal of a valid unexpired coupon), please contact our support team.
Our team will review the issue and, where applicable, coordinate with the relevant vendor or partner for an appropriate resolution or refund. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout within standard banking timelines (5–7 business days).
